Here at Bokka, we are delighted to offer our modern interpretation of Balkan cuisine … perhaps one of the richest, most historical and yet under-appreciated cuisines of Europe. At the crossroads of empires, Balkan cuisine has been influenced by Austrian, Greek, Italian, and Ottoman traditions, yet at its most fundamental is rooted in the wonderful fresh produce found in its gardens, mountain-tops, rivers, and seas.

Wherever possible, we source our produce from local fishermen and from sustainable, family-run farms located throughout the western Balkans. Our wine list similarly reflects the wealth of the region’s geographic and viticultural diversity. Thank you for dining with us, and as we say at the beginning of every meal … prijatno!
